Clara Telford, M.D.

Clara Telford, M.D. is originally from Euless, Texas. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in physiology from Oklahoma State University where she was a member of the varsity women’s track team. She moved back to North Texas after college and attended medical school at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School where she graduated with Alpha Omega Alpha honors. She completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Baylor University Medical Center in downtown Dallas. During residency she was an active member of the house staff counsel and won the outstanding resident in maternal fetal medicine as well as the Strother Award for academic excellence. She joined GynOb Associates in 2023.

Dr. Telford is passionate about her patients feeling empowered in their medical decision making. Steadfast in her belief that the best medical care is personalized, she works with each patient to cultivate a relationship and help them realize their health care goals. Her extensive training in both high risk obstetrics and minimally invasive gynecologic surgery including da Vinci robotics have prepared her to help care for the women of Dallas. In her spare time she enjoys traveling, Pilates, spending time with her husband and dog, cultivating her garden, and a good cup of coffee.
